Method

To Make this Cornish Salted Caramel Carrot Cake:

 

1. Start by mixing all your dry ingredients together in a bowl once all combined, add your wet ingredient and mix well. 

2. Line the tin your planning on using, pour your mixture in and bake it at 180 degrees for 35 – 45 minutes 

3. While the cake is cooking make your icing 250g of mascarpone or cream cheese, 200g of icing sugar & 2 tablespoons of Cornish seasalt caramel sauce. 

4. Top cake with extra walnuts, raisins, cinnamon & ground cloves.
