The Cornish Larder began life in 2018 by a young Cornish Chef, Jake Kendall. We started producing small batches of preserves at home, testing recipes and combining flavour combinations. We then began getting in contact with our favourite Cornish alcohol producers, learning more about their products and how we can combine them within our jars. In March 2018, we began selling! St Ives farmers market gave us a table, selling our tasty jars to locals and tourists!
Fast forward a few months, we are now working alongside four amazing Cornish alcohol producers. You currently supply local deli’s and farm shops across the county! Our preseveres are completely hand crafted, this means every little slice of orange in our marmalade has been sliced by hand!
Our aim is to bring Cornwall’s food & drink scene together in harmony. From small local strawberry growers to large national gin producers. A jar from The Cornish Larder will take you on a complete culinary tour of the beautiful county we call home!

Having learnt and mastered recipes whilst working and travelling around the world i have now settled in my home county, Cornwall.
